MFS100 device is using in many goverment application. On the respective website the driver files are available. They have provded supported file also. In first priority have to download driver files from the site.
Drivers are not installed. If drivers are not installed then open below link

Download driver files then install – demo application will also install. You can check with it.
Open Computer Management window ( do right click on My computer – click on manage ) OR ( click on start – do right click on Computer – select manage)
Then click on Device Maneger – Click on Universal Serial Bus Controller – You may see mfs100 (if drivers are installed ) or Unknown Device is systen device section. Follow 1 OR 2 oprtion.
"Serial Number Corrupted" in demo application or inbuilt application of client.
This error will come if device is damaged. In this case you need to contact to the person from whom device has been purchased. You can send device for repair or replacement.
Device is attached with system but not showing in device manager or not working in application.
In this case – make sure usb host are open for device. May be device usb plug will be damaged due to this reason not able to detect in system. Kindly need to contact to concerned person from whom you have purchased the device.

How to install “PAYTIME” ?
Kindly login in Administartor Account in your computer. If you do not have this type of account then please create such account and use for installation. Make sure antivirus software must not block the link.
Open link : biopay.timetrak.in
You can download the setup.exe file and then run as administartor. The software will be Installed within 20-25 min, it is also depend on internt speed. After Installation process asked for set parameter. Click on set parameter and Login window will be opened.
How do I process for License File Deployment ?
Paytime logo will be created and login window will be open . Then You can click on License Button . Fill up all the details . License file will be sent on Company email ID. Download the file and deploy the file . After 2 min login window will be activated and then add Admin in username and password. Software will be open.
“SQL Fail – asked for set parameter again” After set still SQL fail is coming.
In this case either sql connection file will be reset on by default setting. In that case we need to check for sql service name. Originally it might be saved with service name which is created in SQL.
Open Start → Microsoft SQL Server → Coniguration tools → SQL Server Configuration manager → SQL Server Services → You can see the servcie name. Set the parameter again as per service name and set parameter.
Other Possibility is the service might be get stopped. Red color synbole would be there. In that case we need to make new service and set the database conenction again.
“Device not connected” In Paytime software for data downloading
1) Open device master in paytime softeware. Make sure you have added all devicce details. If not then as per your device add device details. Name, ID, port number, IP, password (if added in device), select device type, device name
2) If you will download data via LAN – make sure you have added valid IP. IP should be pinging. For that open commant prompt and write “ ping (write your IP) -t” Ex : ping 192.168.1.224 -t then press enter. It should give ping if not then it will show you host unreachable or request time out. If IP is pinging you can download data from LAN oprtion.
3) If you are downloading data via USB cable attached device then make sure in my computer the device icon should be display – then it will be sure the device is detected in the system.
“Invalid File” while data downloading data via text file import.
Make sure you have selected correct device. After check device selection import file. again in the software
Text file is importing successfully but no logs are downloaded – Showing only headings in windows.
First possibility , the logs are already downloaded in software then the logs will not show again in window. Secondly , check in employee master – details of employee has to be added.
Class not registered issue while downloading data logs.
This error usually apeared when the ocx files are not registered automatically when we will open any downloading page in software paytime. There must be rights issue which is not letting it happen.
In that case we can registered manually from the taking manual path of system32. From the software paytime application path – Do the right click on .ocx file. Then click on open with option – click on browse option – select path c:\ windows \system32 \regsvr32 – click to ok button. If the file will register then the success message will come with the window or else showed fail message.
In case of fail message : open command prompt as administartor. Then take the path of application . Write command : regsvr32 biotime8.ocx . Then press enter. Success message will come and one by one write ocx files name and success message will come.
Then you can download data from device.
How to add Manual Punch in case of forgot punch.
In the PayTime software , Open menu Transaction – select option Manual Punching. From the page , you can select empoyee – time – punch type and save the punch. Make sure you have idea about missing punch. After add punch open Download menu and select the Data Receive Option and complete the process. You can check reports.
Shift Allocation Feature.
In case of change the shift of the employee for few days or rating shift then you can use this feature. Need to select Shift to be assigned – date duration – employee and then save the record. When the data downloadeding happen the software will consider this shift allocation shift first and arrange the logs in reports. You can assign shift for previous month also and after assignment need to do data rollback from download menu for the employee and do data receive.
How to set Scheduler for Downloading
Open Scheduler Master – Fill up details as per requirement then save.
Open Download Menu – Select start Stop Services and start the scheduler. The logo will be appeared in the notofication area of taskbar. From there do right click and open the window. At the specified time the logs will be downloaded and logs will beappeared with all details.
For access the reports – need to receive logs and check reports. You can change the time of the scheduler but after any change need to restart scheduler once for activation.
How can I download data from device in PayTime software
There are several options available for downloading data.
1) LAN : You can download data from LAN – configure IP with device – add details in device master. Check Ip ping status. Then open downlaod menu in PayTime – select data downloading (using LAN) – Select added device – click on data download – logs will show in window grid – end of the process – It will ask for data receive. Do the data receive and check reports.
2) Usb cable : make sure you have connected device with Usb cabel properly . You can connect back side of CPU. The Device icon will be appeared in my computer. If icon will not show , chck cable. After icon appeared you can download data from meny Download in payTime by selecting option Data Downloading (Using Com Port Or USB Port).
3) Text File ( You can export export text file from device in pendrive or in Sd card ) : In PayTime Software – from Download Menu – select Data Downloading (Using Text file / SD Card / Pendrive ) - Browse File – click on Import – Logs will show in the grid and then from Download menu select Data Receive – After process check report.
“Manager Delete” In device not able to access Menu Button.
For BioTiem 4-5 – Open download menu – Select – Delete Manager -Select device BioTime 4-5 – click on delete manager. If you know the IP then you can delete manager from LAN connection in another option you can connect device with usb cable and delete manager from delete manager USB.
How to set name on BioTime 5 device
Connect device in LAN connection Only.
Open Download Menu – Select Set User Name on Device – Select device – Select name – click on Set user Name.
After end of the process – check on device
How To use MFS100 in PayTime.
Connect device with system. Install drivers from the application path of PayTime software.
Open utility Menu and select Option open application path.
At the Application path folder name : MFS100 Driver. Install the drivers. Check devie in devie manage ( open computer manager – do right click on my computer – select manage )
In device manager – select unibersal bus controller option – Mfs100 will show there.
Open Download Menu – Select Start – Stop Services – Do Double click on MFS verification – then click on start – the service will be started and notification will appear in notification area o task bar.
Open MFS Menu – Select Enrollment option – make sure you have added all the details in employee master – Select employee id – Red light will blow on scanner – press three different fingers on scanner. Enrollment will get complete.
Selelct verification – click on verification – press any one finger which previously enrolled. Pop up window will be appeared and showed details.
Then you can received data from download menu and check in report.
You can use MFS100 device as attendance device in software.
How to add Employee in PayTime with excel sheet.
Open PayTime Software – Open Utility Menu – select – Master import – download sample file from given link.
Go through the terms and conditions – fill up data as per example has given. From the same page browse the file and import the master data. You can prepare Exel or CSV file. It is one time add employee facility. You can not edit employee by importing file again and again.
How to take software backup.
Open PayTime software – Select utility Menu – select data backup option – browse the path in any drive – then click on backup – backup file will be taken and success message will be came. Do not select path to destop.
How to set Andro Setting in PayTime.

Click on PayTime ESS service button – after downloaded – install the service. You can check in control panel whether service Is insatll or not.
Open software – Open Masters Menu – make andro scheduler – add all details as per your concerned.Saved scheduler details.
Open menu AndroSettings
Andro User: Select one by one empoyee and check andro user box . You can make one admin user also who can access all the details of all employee.
Andro System Seting: Filled up all the details – create UCC code (unique company code)
Now open Download menu and select option start-stop service – start data download scheduler
At the set time in scheduler – data will sync and the logs you can see in Andro System Setting page by click onAndro Sync Logs – One window will be open and after the Sync – success log will be appeared.
